Why are the Surrey Springs Stud Fees so much cheaper than everywhere else?
Surrey Springs was the first Gypsy Cob stud in Australia, originally setting the price of Gypsy stallion fee's to roughly $1,500.00 when we started standing Tom of Brackenhill (imp UK). However this year, as many people have been finding finances a bit tighter than usual due to the global economy we thought we would like to halve the fee's for our boys in order to allow more Australian's the chance of becoming involved with this remarkable breed of horse, they are after all a family horse and we believe that with this years stud fees they are affordable to families.
The stud fees in no way reflect the quality of our stallions. This is a line up of collectively the finest Gypsy Cob stallions in Australia with two of those being Royal Champions; the third is yet to be shown. Both senior stallions are breed Champions and Surrey Springs horses have consistently held the title of Champion Gypsy Cob at the Melbourne Royal, our horses and their progeny have never been un placed in any breed or open class.
